The Infinex Financial Group Mobile Rep provides a secure and user-friendly mobile platform for registered representatives to efficiently manage client information, sales activities, and account details.

Manage Clients

• Access a comprehensive list of current and prospective clients, including relevant details such as current assets, contact information, and address
• Facilitate communication by initiating calls or emails directly from the client screen, or obtaining directions
• Schedule and review appointments, maintaining a record of previous interactions
• Create and monitor important client notes for better relationship management

View Accounts & Assets

• Monitor real-time account values, including detailed holdings across various investment types such as brokerage accounts, fixed and variable annuities, direct mutual funds, REITs, and other products
• Retrieve current intraday market values for equities

Get Reports

• Generate performance reports for individual portfolios or specific accounts, covering metrics like month-to-date (MTD), quarter-to-date (QTD), and year-to-date (YTD) performance over selected periods
• Identify top and bottom performing holdings within portfolios
• View comprehensive portfolio snapshots for a holistic overview
• Access information about top clients and total assets under management categorized by product or product provider
• Check the status of upcoming or scheduled appointments

Manage Sales

• Set and track progress toward personal and team sales goals for MTD and YTD periods
• Review recent sales activities promptly
• Receive immediate notifications related to back-office action items; review, acknowledge, and respond accordingly
• Monitor the status of documents and service requests efficiently
